Clearaseal’s unique manufacturing capabilities mean we can custom thermoform and laser cut up to 3m x 2m and up to 600mm in depth in almost any shape. We can also engrave and cut a wide range of materials to almost any shape and size. Our flexible vacuum former means we are ideally suited to smaller production runs, with relatively low cost wooden or plastic formers. In short, we are able to manufacture large vacuum formed parts in ABS, HDPE, Polyethylene, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, Solid Surfaces, Kydexand formable plywood. Generally we can handle up to 20mm material thickness.

Decorative semi-rigid plastics offer designers, architects and engineers colourful, modern, aesthetically pleasing, seamless, curved and tough low production run solutions where designs can incorporate mouldedor laser etched logo’s, contoured edges and integrated design features.
Typically products would be double or single glazed flat windows, curved windows and screens, automotive trays, headliners and under trays, screens and panels, interior and exterior body mouldings, caravan and motor-home mouldings, vehicle and marine windows, aircraft interiors, mass transit vehicle interior components, equipment housing, medical products, kiosk housing, shop fittings and a variety of display and signage applications.
The Elkom 3020 is probably the fastest and most effective thermoforming system for solid surfaces, acrylics and thermoplastics, a sophisticated product that meets highest industrial standards, without requiring sophisticated tooling. Ideal for ‘one-offs’ and short production runs.
The Mantech 3020 is a high gantry 150w CO2 laser capable of cutting Acrylic, polycarbonate, solid surfaces wood and fabric. Both are unusually large with 3m x 2m capacity.
Fixed or opening windows (and hatches)in scratch resistant acrylic or unbreakable polycarbonate in virtually any size and shape up to 2m x 3m! Available clear or tinted or in a variety of colours they can be flat or curved. These windows are being used for new or replacement in caravans, motorhomes. In marine applications they are used for new build or conversions, replacement or refurbishment windows for existing vessels. They are commonly used on pleasure boats, yachts, motor cruisers, sea going small ships, speed boats and race boats.
Do you have broken, crazed, brittle or dulled acrylic motorhome, caravan or boat windows? We can either just supply, or supply and fit replacements for your existing windows. Either in acrylic or polycarbonate we take your old window and mould a new one the same size and shape in a choice of finishes and colours with your existing fittings. Send us your existing window panes or the complete window and we will send you either the panes only or the complete window refurbished. Alternatively we offer a fitting and refurbishment service at our workshops in Cambridgeshire. Replacements are available for motorhomes, caravans, motorsport vehicles, horseboxes and trailers, van conversions, catering units, ice cream vans, portable buildings, specialised vehicle conversions, mobile homes, pleasure boats, yachts, motor cruisers, sea going small ships, speed boats and race boats.
Using the latest UV stable anti-scratch polycarbonate, a variety of secure unbreakable windows can be manufactured to virtually any shape or size. Traditional solutions such as laminated, toughened or safety or wired glass still break and require replacing. Our Unbreakable Windows are shatterproof, in fact we can even make them bulletproof!
Anti-vandal windows, skylights and atrium roofs, security windows, bus and bomb shelters, anti-riot shields, high crime area windows, porta cabin windows, building site windows, prison vans, security and police vehicles, riot vehicles, mobile banks. They are commonly used in vandal and theft prone areas in schools, business parks, correctional and detention facilities, council properties, banks, jewellers, shops and security vehicles.
Where a double glazed solution is required for an existing traditional sash window, we can produce double glazed units to fit in the traditional rebate with far superior thermal retention qualities, but most importantly without increasing the weight of the window. This means the existing sash mechanism will still function without any alteration of the mechanism, avoiding unsightly and cumbersome secondary glazing and preventing the need for total window replacement or alteration.
